The Tropical Meuse Band - Beach Party Music
Excitement,
group interaction, limbo contests, conga lines and great California
surf music right on the beach - that's what the Tropical Meuse
Band does best. We begin with the Calypso and Reggae rhythms
of the Caribbean and great original music from the Monterey
Bay. Then the musical waves of Latin jazz and the carefree songs
of the Mardi Gras build into wild surf music, pulsating island
dance beats, and good old rock and roll. Finally the music of
the lush Hawaiian Islands ties the whole show together.
One
of the features groups like best about our shows are the 100
percussion instruments we hand out; maracas, tambourines, hand
bells and sticks are distributed among the guests. Before long
the party is transformed into a musical village shaking up a
special rhythm all its own. We welcome party goers to sing along
with the band, wear straw hats and play the conga drums for
the dancers in the sand.

When we perform, limbo is king, the conga lines are long
and soon everyone is "surfin's USA" and enjoying the macarena.
